Cancellation Policy
The security deposit is refundable (less a $15.00 administration fee) if 8 weeks notice is given for cancellations on reservations booked for the Country Music Festival, 6 weeks notice on group reservations (please see group terms and conditions) and 4 weeks notice is given at all other times. Fees are not refundable if your stay is shortened.
